• You hereby agree you will not use our services/products with the intent of spamming your content virally and/or physically. Please check your countries spamming laws and make sure you are in Compliance of all International, Federal, State, and Local Laws.
• We are not responsible for any unlawful damages, caused by user lack of technical knowledge.
• MySpace™ Imposes strict spamming laws within their social network, you hereby agree you will not use our services/products for malicious purpose. If we encounter any users classified as spammers we will discontinue their Membership within our Network, and block them from ever being able to register.

• All user access information has been tracked and logged for security and internal network operations

Order Policy

• Orders are guaranteed to be processed as noted
• The amount ordered versus the final play/view count will always be higher than the initial amount requested by at least 5%
• Place an order by 1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time, and it will be processed the same day by 5:30 PM PST, Otherwise orders are processed within 24 Hours of successful payment
• Downloadable Goods are available immediately upon successful payment, eChecks are processed with a 4-7 Day delay due to clearing

Return Policy

• Returns will be granted only if the order has not been activated. Please Note upon activation of your order, No returns will be processed.
• Intangible Goods, Most of the Services/Products offered at PromoPlays.Com and networks are considered to be intangible items, meaning they have the ability to be reproduced easily and transferred from user to user. Therefore all Intangible items will not be subject to any returns partial or complete.
• Accounts with Disputes/ChargeBacks or Payment Reversals which have violated our Terms of Services, are subject to Administrative Fees of 50 Euros..
• For any other Products/Services that might come along, we have agreed to set a Thirty Day Return Policy subject to its own agreements.

Limited Liability Statement

• We are not associated with any Search Engine or Website, other than our network. You accept all responsibility for failing to comply with End User Agreements, Laws, Bylaws, Terms of Services, or any other Agreement of other parties, and consequences of doing so.
• Services/Products offered are not warranted, or guaranteed, to be acceptable for use by any search engine or website. You accept all responsibility and hereby waive all claims for damages/indemnity, or reimbursement.
